Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. Melt milk chocolate and butter using double boiler method; stir until smooth.

2. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.

3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

4. Fold a spoonful of whipped cream into chocolate to lighten it.

5. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream in batches.
