Description

Ingredients

Scale

1 ball pizza dough

1/3 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp olive oil

Cornmeal or flour (for peel)

Your choice of toppings


Instructions

1. Place the pizza stone on the grill before lighting it.

2. Preheat the grill to 500–550°F for at least 30 minutes with lid closed.

3. Stretch dough and build pizza on parchment or floured peel.

4. Slide pizza onto hot stone, close lid.

5. Cook 5–8 minutes, rotating once, until crust is golden.

6. Remove, cool 1 minute, slice and serve.

Notes

Use parchment for easy transfer.

Avoid opening the grill lid too often.

Rotate pizza halfway through for even cooking.
